BonziWORLD Service Status - 502 Error & Recovery

It appears BonziWORLD is currently down for inactivity, resulting in the persistent 502 Bad Gateway error. While the nginx reverse proxy is still standing, the backend has been unresponsive for several hours.
Current Update:
"BonziWORLD is currently down because there are too many people connected or a version update is currently in progress."
Technical Details:
Root Cause: The downtime is a direct result of user flooding and bot-related stress (eg, ME JEW, Chuchel DDoS Bot).
Security: The system is frequently running security checks to mitigate these bot attacks and stabilize the site.
Restoration: Erik (BonziPOPE) is aware of the situation and will be working to restore the service.
Take care and please be patient while the owner works on the recovery. We’ll be back up once the security protocols and server reboots are finalized.
